Entry and Exit Procedures

Updated on

If any of your guests are using a wheelchair or other mobility aids, we recommend having them enter the dome first. See the ADA Entry and Exit procedures below.

1. Ensure that the blower is set to its highest setting

2. Unzip the dome door and make sure the security strap is open

3. Guests enter or exit the dome in a single file line

4. After five or so guests enter or exit, pause for a few seconds to allow the dome to reinflate so that it maintains its structure

5. If guests are entering the dome, once everyone is inside, turn the blower to its low setting

The dome easily maintains inflation once the door is not being repeatedly used. The lower blower setting reduces noise for the presentation

ADA Entry and Exit

1. Ensure that the blower is set to its highest setting

2. Position the guests with disabilities directly opposite of the dome door

3. One person will lift the side of the dome

4. Another person will assist a guest with disabilities into the dome

5. Allow the side of the dome to drop so that it may reinflate

6. Repeat these steps for each guest requiring assistance

7. To exit, repeat these steps (but facing the opposite direction) after other guests have exited the dome
